In application you are claiming eligibility of higher amount compared to what was received under the head “gratuity “ as final benefits from the company . In the said context it is worth mentioning that the Payment of Gratuity is made to the “Not On Roll” employees as per SAIL Circular for Amendment in SAIL Gratuity rules dated 27.11.2021 which is attached for your ready reference .
